1. Introduction

Welcome to Divine Touch. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. Divine Touch is operated from Dublin, Ireland and manufactures handcrafted furniture in South India for delivery to Europe, the UK, and India.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in South India. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour, grain, and finish — this is a hallmark of genuine craftsmanship, not a defect.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and automatically converted to your local currency (EUR, GBP, USD) using live exchange rates. Final prices may vary slightly at the time of payment.
  • Product images are representative. Minor differences in shade, texture, and dimensions may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • All prices are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, and local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
  • We accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards).
  • Once an order is confirmed and manufacturing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation requests.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Manufacturing & Delivery

  • Orders are grouped for manufacturing by the 1st of each month.
  • Handcrafting takes approximately 30–45 days by our skilled carpenters in India.
  • Container shipments depart Quarterly 1st Week (January, April, July, October).
  • Sea freight delivery to Ireland/Europe takes approximately 60 days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing complexity, shipping conditions, customs processing, or force majeure events.
  • We are currently partnering with delivery vendors to provide competitive last-mile shipping rates. Shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

5. Custom Orders

  • We offer customisation of dimensions, wood type, and finish. Custom orders are discussed via our enquiry chat or WhatsApp.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
  • A detailed quote will be provided and must be approved by the customer before work begins.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during transit or if there is a significant manufacturing defect.
  • You must report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery with photographs as evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be borne by Divine Touch. For buyer-remorse returns (where accepted), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product designs, and photography — is the property of Divine Touch and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Divine Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil orders (payment processors, delivery partners).

10. Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Divine Touch has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
  • Any charges related to customs clearance, brokerage fees, or local taxes are not included in our prices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
